Robbery Definition
- knowingly
- takes anything of value from the person
or - presence of another by use of
- force, threats, or intimidation
Aggravated Robbery
if during the act of robbery or immediate flight therefrom:
1. person is armed with a DW with intent:
kill, maim, wound. the person robbed or
other person
2. Knowingly wounds or strikes the person
robbed or any other person with a DW
or use of: force, threats, intimidation
3. Object in a manner to lead any person
who is present to believe it to be a DW

- Takes any Controlled Substance from a pharmacy
- or other place having lawful possession of “CS”

Interpersonal Crisis:
This can be defined as stress between one
person and another i.e. husband and wife,
family vs family
Intrapersonal Crisis:
This can be defined as stress within a
person that creates inner turmoil,
depression, or antisocial behavior
Situational Crisis:
This can be defined as a sudden, external
stressor such as an accident or disaster (The victim is usually unprepared for this type of crisis)
