what were the Nuremberg Laws

A

Reich Citizenship Law, which stated that all citizens must have German ‘blood’. Anyone who did not have German heritage was denied their rights to citizenship.

The Law for the Protection of German Blood and Honour. Had many articles that denied the Jewish community their rights. Article one states that “marriages between Jews and subjects of the state of German or related blood are forbidden…” Article five stated that if people broke these laws, they would face consequences of fines and sentences.
