Born 1928 in Durban, learned that Indians did not have the same right as whites, but Indians were treated better than Black’s, learned at an early age by her father they did not have equal rights, helped fight against apartheid. Died 2010 after a stroke

He was one of the Chief Justices, born in 1939 in Bushbuckridge in Mpumalanga, he worked at a shirts factory in 1957, then a messenger in the Department of justice. He passed matric in 1960 and then took him 10 years to get 2 degrees were he studied law. 1976 he studied law in Durban. 2005 he was made head of the constitutional court and made chief justice and one of the 11 judges. Retired 2009
