RAD > 110
Dominant R in V1 > 7 mm or R/S ratio >1
Dominant S in V5 or V6 > 7 mm R/S ratio < 1
QRS < 120 ms

RVH Supporting criteria
A
RA enlargement: P pulmonale RV strain - V1- V4 & II, III, aVF= ST depression + TWI - S1, S2, S3 pattern - Deep S in I, aVL, V5-6
RV strain= repolarisation abnormal because RVH or dilation
