A
Limb: 
- aVL: R > 11 mm
- aVF: R> 20 mm
- aVR: S > 14 mm
Precordial
- V4, V5, V6: R> 26
- V5 or V6 R wave + V1 S wave > 35 mm
-largest R + Largest S in precordial leads > 45 mm
