Ignores why ppl reoffend.
Ignores rehabilitation.
Not up to biology or socialisation.
No choice but to be deviant.
Doesn't look at cause.
Cctv doesnt always work.
Despite guardians ppl commit crimes.
More punishment= disrupts social solidarity?
Doesnt explain wwc, m/c crime
