A

Police Officers are required to tell the suspect they have a right to have their lawyer present during the line up, and counsel will be appointed if they cannot afford one. (Counsel is limited to speaking to the suspect prior, but may not interfere with the line up procedure).

No, they do not have the right. If the suspects behavior makes the lineup impossible, then consider photos.
