Synchronized cardioversion 0.5-1 J/kg
Repeat at 2 J/kg

Adenosine- 0.1 mg/kg (IV or IO) max 6 mg, cut dose in 1/2 if via central line, can repeat x2 at 0.2 mg/kg, max 12
Amiodarone- 5 mg/kg over 20-60 min
Procainamide- 15 mg/kg over 30-60 min
Stable Narrow QRS Tachycardia- If Amiodarone is given ggt
5-10 mcg/kg/min
Stable Narrow QRS Tachycardia- If Procainamide is given ggt
20-80 mcg/kg/min
Stable Wide QRS Tachycardia- When to give adenosine
Monomorphic QRS and regular rhythm

Amiodarone
Procainamide
Lidocaine
Stable Wide QRS Tachycardia- Amiodarone- dose
5 mg/kg over 20-60 min

15 mig/kg over 30-60 min
Stable Wide QRS Tachycardia- Lidocaine- dose
1 mg/kg IV/IO bolus
ggt 20-50 mcg/kg/min
ETT bolus- 2-3 mg/kg
Stable Wide QRS Tachycardia- Synchronized Cardioversion- dose
0.5-1 j/kg
Repeat at 2j/kg
Unstable Bradycardia- meds
Epinephrine
Atropine
Unstable Bradycardia- Epinephrine- Dose
0.01 mg/kg IV/IO @ 0.1cc/kg of 1:10,000
0.1 mg/kg ETT @ 0.1 cc/kg of 1:1000
Repeat q 3-5 min
Unstable Bradycardia- Atropine- Dose
0.02 mg/kg
