- loss of joint space
- juxtaarticular osteoporosis
- periarticular erosions
- subluxation

what is the initial treatment of RA?
A
- methotrexate + another DMARD and paracetamol

A
- FBC and LFTS (due to risk of myelosupression and liver cirrhosis)

- TNF inhibitors (etanercept, infliximab, adalimumab)
