Kawasaki Disease Treatment
IVIG infusion with HIGH dose ASA until fever resolves for 2 months to prevent MI/ coronary artery aneurism

Small vessel vasculatide so ANCA positive
upper and lower respiratory tract symptoms, hemoptysis, renal insufficiency
