Grounds of revocation:

  1. The invention is not a patentable invention;
  2. The patent was granted to a person who was not entitled to it;
  3. The specification does not disclose the invention sufficiently;
  4. There is added matter which extends the scope of the protection improperly;
  5. There was an improper amendment extending the scope of protection.
