Intramembranous- Occurs in many bones of the skill and clavicles
Endochondral- almost the rest of the skeleton
Abduction and Adduction
Abduction- Away from the body
Adduction- Towards the body
Pronate and supinate
Pronate- Body part turning inwards (Shane Warne)
Supinate- Body part turning outwards
Movements of the foot: Up, down, in, out. (Simple answer)
Up- Dorsiflexion
Down- Planar flexion
Inside- Inversion
Outside- Eversion
