If last dose was more than 10 years ago

What are the first line treatments for PID?
Ceftriaxone 1000 mg as a single intramuscular (IM) dose, followed by oral doxycycline 100 mg twice daily plus oral metronidazole 400 mg twice daily for 14 days
Oral ofloxacin 400 mg twice daily plus oral metronidazole 400 mg twice daily for 14 days
Oral moxifloxacin 400mg once daily for 14 days

Every three years from 25-50 then every 5 years from 50-65 cervical cancer

FIT test from 55-75 every two years
