A

1) NO gow gates on pediatric patients
- local and systemic complications because their foramen didn’t close
2) local Infiltration of mucobuccal fold and interdentals on B and L
- 4% articaine < 1.8 mL
- results in profound anesthesia, compared to 2% lidocaine
3) block injection
- IA + lingual with supplementals
- 18 mm, 2% lidocaine, 1.8 mL

2) PLUS additional for rubber dam
- 2% solution
- interdental infiltration of B and L on the palate
- do not use 4% on palate due to vasoconstriction

- 2 % solution
