Anterior abdominal wall has venous collaterals
Right - triangular
Left - lunar

Iliohypogastric nerve
May be injured during appendectomy
Ilioinguinal nerve
May be injured during hernia repair
Genitofemoral nerve
Anterior to psoas muscle
Cremasteric reflex: stroke medial thigh, contract cremaster muscle, pull spermatic cord
Lateral femoral cutaneous nerve
Calvin Klein Symdrome (low waist jeans compress the nerve)
