What are the requirements for a valid will

1. Testator must sign the end of the will and also each page of the will
2. The will must be signed in the presence of at least two witnesses, over age of 14, who sign the last page
3. A commisioner of Oaths must certify that they verified the identity of the signatory and that the will is the will of the testator
