Provide the location and description of the Naval Restricted Area
The Naval Restricted Area is at the N. Entrance of Admiralty Inlet extending W and N from Admiralty Head. Any equipment which could foul on the bottom is prohibited. Dumping is not allowed. This is enforced by the Commander Naval base Seattle
Where is there a floating security barrier and what is it for?
A floating security barrier is marked by private lights. It is located the E part of the Harbor extending 200 ydsoff Walan point on Indian island. This area is for exclusive Navy use. this restriction applies when there is Ship loading or pier operations. A red flag flying from the pier or ship will identify these periods.
