in this chartlet, Any vessel entering these areas enters at own risk and must comply with any orders given from Naval Sources. Regulations enforced by Commander, Naval Base Seattle.
US Naval Air to Surface Weapons Range
Immediately W of Smith I
1.25 Radius
Maybe Closed to Traffic 0700 to 2400
Prior to use, overflown at altitude less then 300 ft in the direction unauthorized vessel is to proceed to clear the area.
W Side of Whidbey I
2 Restricted Areas beneath approach and departure patterns from 2 main runways at Ault Field, NAS Whidbey Isl. One W from Ault field the other NNW along West beach. Extend about 1.5nm from shore.
Small Arms Safety Area
W Shore of Whidbey I, S of Ault Field Restricted Areas.
Range operates 7 days a week.
Red lights and flags indicate range is in use.
Admiralty Inlet Entrance
N and NW of Quimper Peninsula to Partridge Bank.
Use of any equipment such as anchors, grapnels or fishing gear that may foul underwater installations is prohibited. Dumping of any non-buoyant objects is prohibited.
