No vessel can anchor or tow a drag of any kind.
Regulations enforced by Commander, Naval Base.

Sinclair Inlet Naval Restricted Area 1

1. W of Line between the Bremerton Ferry Landing and Annapolis in the far shore. No vessel greater than 100t can enter or operate in area with out permission. WSF exception on established routes.

Sinclair Inlet Naval Restricted Area 2

Answer 3

Area of Sinclair Inlet bound by a line approximately 199 yds from the S end of the Naval shipyard piers and drydocks. No vessel or person may enter this area without permission from enforcing agency.

Question 4

Manchester Fuel Depot Point

Answer 4

Includes waters surrounding the fuel depot. No person or vessel can enter the area without permission from the enforcing agency unless under supervision of military or naval authority. Restriction applies while a ship is loading or operations preclude safe entry. Restricted periods are identified by QF lights at the end of the pier at Orchard Pt.
