Prohibited anchorage
A
Prohibited anchorage area established in E part of PA harbor. Rectangular in shape surrounding city’s sewer outfall pipeline. Due S of Ediz Hook and extends approx .6nm from S shore and approx .15nm wide
Regs
1- no vessel may anchor in area at anytime
2- dragging, seining fishing and any other activity that may foil underwater installations is prohibited
3- Vsls May transit the area but do so in direct as possible without delay
