Where gas exchange occurs small microscopic sacs the have blood Capillaries containing hemoglobin in the erythrocytes doing the gas exchanging
Diaphragm
The smooth muscle separating the pleural cavity and digestive cavity controls air pressure in pleural cavity

Superior middle and inferior 3 lobes

Pleural membrane
The 2 layer membrane containing liquid that controls the friction

Area below diaphragm and contains pelvic and digestive system
