A

Methacoline challenge

test when you suspect asthma but patient hasn’t presented with symptoms of asthma

The subject inhales a nebulized solution containing methacholine or histamine- cause bronchial smooth muscle constriction in asthmatic patients at much lower doses than in nonasthmatics.
