A
  • recurrent chest infections
  • bronchiectasis
  • small for age
  • nasal polyps (1/3rd of patients)
  • clubbing
  • obstructive picture on lung function tests.
  • diabetes (glucose in urine)
  • cirrhosis / deranged LFTs due to obstruction of biliary ducts.
