what is inhaler technique?
A
Device test - spray into air - if not used in 5 days or more
Check dose counter and expiry date
Shake and remove cap
sit or stand straight and tilt chin up
Breath out
create seal around mouth piece
breathe in and press canister at same time
remove inhaler and hold breath for 10s
breath out
repeat after 30s-1min if needed

what are 2 side effects of inhalers?
A
Oral thrush - ICS
Tremor and tachycardia - salbutamol
