Q

How do you increase the length of the wire

A

You attach a wire to a metal ruler using tape and connect it to the rest of the circuit and put crocodile clips on it to move around

Q

How do you assume the resistance of the wire for lengths that you didn’t try

A

You put it on a graph with the x-axis being the length of the wire and the resistance as the y-axis and put on a line of best fit

Q

Problems with the practical

A

There is a small resistance when the length of the wire is zero. Heating effects if the temperature of the wire increases, and so the resistance also increases.
