resident rights
(general definition)
The resident has a right to a dignified existence, self-determination, and communication with and access to persons and services inside and outside the facility
Right: To be free of the following -
interference, coercion, discrimination, reprisal from or threat of reprisal from the facility
residents & rights to surveys
may view all results of federal or state surveys, plan of correction, any subsequent surveys.
must be readily accessible to all residents and a notice posted of availability
resident adjudged incompetent under laws of state by a court of competent jurisdiction…
