Questions asked by the researcher to carry out a research or an investigation about a certain issue or topic area.

Feasible - You are able to research about it and you have the tools to carry out the research
Interesting - To both researcher and the community
Novel - Able to bring new insights to the subject area
Ethical - Not offensive and generally accepted by authorities
Relevant - To your community and people in your area of study (not too broad, not too narrow)
