• The prostate gland of mature men grows new cells and becomes enlarged. The tissue that is changed tends to be deep in the periurethral and transitional sections of the gland.
• S&S : difficulty with urination ; weak flow, interrupted flow, frequency( especially at night), feeling that bladder is never completely emptied, inability to maintain erection
