What is a menstrual cycle
Its is the beginning of a period. This period of time gives humans more chance of having a baby
What is fertilisation
Fertilisation is when a sperm cell meets an egg cell which ends up in pregnancy
Cervix (Female)
The function of the cervix is to allow flow of menstrual blood from the uterus into the vagina, and direct the sperms into the uterus during intercourse.
Vagina (Female)
The vagina receives the penis during sexual intercourse
Uterus (Female)
nurturing the fertilized ovum that develops into the fetus and holding it till the baby is mature enough for birth.
Ovary (Female)
To release at least one egg each month for possible fertilisation
Oviduct (Female)
the tube through which an egg passes from an ovary.
Prostate Gland (Male)
a gland surrounding the neck of the bladder in males and releasing semen.
Urethra (Male)
the duct by which urine or semen is taken out of the body from the bladder
Scrotum (Male)
a pouch of skin containing the testicles.
Penis (Male)
Carries the sperms into the vagina by sexual intercourse
Testes
produce sperm in men
Foetus
an unborn or unhatched offspring of a mammal, in particular an unborn human more than eight weeks after conception
Bladder (Male)
The bladder stores urine
