What are the the two functions of the testes?
To make sperm and male sex hormones.
What is the fluid produced by the glands called when it mixes with sperm?
It is called semen.
What are the two functions of the penis?
To expel urine from the penis and to carry sperm into the vagina during sexual intercourse.
What is the urethra?
The urethra is a tube inside the penis that carries semen and urine. It also prevents the two from getting mixed up.
What do the ovaries contain?
They both contain hundreds of eggs.
What is another name for the oviducts?
They are also called the Fallopian tubes.
What is the purpose of the womb?
To keep the baby safe as it develops.
What does the cervix do?
It keeps the baby in place until birth.
