How would you describe a radiograph of a fracture?
A
- Type of radiograph - AP, PA, Lateral, Mortis etc
- Location of centred picture - R/L humerus, hip, femur etc.
- Name and age of patient
- Where radiograph was taken
- Time and date of radiograph
- Deformity seen

When describing the deformity seen, what do you want to describe?

- Site and articular involvement
- Shape
- Comminution
- Deformity
- Associated injuries
