Collecting requirements from stakeholders to understadn what ths system must do
Requirements Documentation
Organizing and recording these requirements in a structured format for clarity.
Requirements Validation & Negotiation:
Verifying the accuracy of the requirements and reaching an agreement with stakeholders.
Requirements Management
Mainting and updating the requiremnts to adapt changes throughout the project
Feasbility study ?
Feasibility study is to check if the project or the plane can be done and if it is good idea ,by looking at benifits, cost , and time
There are four types of the feasiibility study
Technical Feasibility study
Operational feasibility study
Econmic Feasibility study
Schedule Feasbility study
Technial Feasbility
Checks if the project can be done wuth the available technology
Example: Can the current software handle an online booking system?
Operational Feasibility
Checks if the project meets with the user needs and oragnization’s goals
Example: Will staff and customers find the new payment system easy to use?
Ecnmoic Feasibility
Evaluate if the project cost-effective and fits wwithin the budget
Example: Does the budget cover implementing a new inventory management system?
Schudle Feasibility
Detemine if the project can be completed within the required timeline
