Why is albuminuria the 1st symptom in renal ds?

Normally anions like albumin are not filtered due to presence of sialoproteins & heparan sulfate in the filtration membranes which gives it negative charge. In Minimal Change Disease and other glomerular disorders, this negative charge is lost earlier than any other Abnormalities, hence those lower molecular proteins/anions like albumin 7mm will be filtered.
