A

a decrease in circulatory blood volume, or a condition the causes an obstruction in renal perfusion (ie thrombosis or stenosis)

A

an obstruction in the urinary collection system such as a stone

A

damage to the kidenys from things such as infection, ischemia (eg map <60 for 40+min, nephrotoxic agents, trauma, rhabdo)

restore intravascular volume, pharmocological intervention such as dopamine and diuretics
