IgA: few days after URI, gross hematuria, dysmorphic RBCs and RBC casts, pt w/ HTN and >1g of protein over 24h are more likely to progress

PSGN: 10 days between streptococcal infection and onset, decreased complement levels, gross hematuria rare, present with HTN
