How to differentiate acute simple cystitis, uncomplicated UTI, and pyelo on physical exam

A

Acute simple cystitis - suprapubic pain, FUD sx, bladder distention, but NO SYSTEMIC SYMPTOMS

Complicated UTI - same sx as acute cystitis + signs of systemic infection (i.e. fever, chills, fatigue/malaise)

Pyelo - all the same systemic sx + CVA tenderness (!!!), N/V
