What does the Black Death have to do with the Renaissance?
Sixty percent of Italian population decimated, bringing more wealth to the common class and making it more difficult for the wealthy ones to expand their business (so they turned to others,) and many became disenchanted w religion bc the church couldn’t stop the plague and turned to humanism
