What are bite planes used for?
Bite planes = to reduce overbites
List 4 instructions for patients with removable appliances:
- Wear full time including meals and when sleeping
- Remove when brushing teeth and contact sports
- Usual to experience some discomfort and some difficulties with speech
- Avoid hard or sticky foods
