Thawing frozen vegetables (5 guidelines)

- DO NOT THAW or rinse food before cooking.
- NEVER THAW THEN REFREEZE frozen vegetables
- Check the temperature of your freezer (NOT WARMER THAN -18C
- Keep frozen food at -18C, but for peak quality, USE WITHIN RECOMMENDED DATE
- Cook vegetables with AS LITTLE WATER AS POSSIBLE, to keep maximum vitamin and nutritional value
