Thawing frozen vegetables (5 guidelines)

  1. DO NOT THAW or rinse food before cooking.
  2. NEVER THAW THEN REFREEZE frozen vegetables
  3. Check the temperature of your freezer (NOT WARMER THAN -18C
  4. Keep frozen food at -18C, but for peak quality, USE WITHIN RECOMMENDED DATE
  5. Cook vegetables with AS LITTLE WATER AS POSSIBLE, to keep maximum vitamin and nutritional value
