Evi. is relevant if there is any tendency to make the existance of any fact that is of consequence to the detmerination of the action more or less probablye than it would be w/o the evi.

court can exclude RELEVANT evi if the probative value is substnatially outweighed by unfair prejudice, confusion or waste of time.
