-They teach that the main role of sex is to create new life, which same-sex couples can’t do.

They believe same-sex partnerships provide companionship and unity just as a heterosexual marriage does

Sex was created by God as an expression of love within marriage
Why does the Catholic church not accept divorce?
Because it teaches that marriage is permanent

- They should receive advise from people who have gone through divorce
