Dx criteria for APLS?

Need at least 1 clinical AND 1 lab criteria

clinical:
- any vascular thrombosis
- 3 or more SAB at < 10wks of anatomically normal fetus
- 1 or more SAB at > 10wks of anatomically normal fetus
- placental insufficiency or severe PET with PTB at < 34wks

lab:
- lupus anticoagulant
- anticardiolipin IgM/IgG
- anti-beta2-glycoprotein-1

*need positive lab values on at least 2 occasions, at least 12wks apart
