Q

After stopping a run on HSQ 3k/4k/X and rehybing the flowcell, should you “resume run” or start a new run?

A

You will have to start a new run. There is no resume after a run is stopped. The FC will not be recognized by the HSQ, you wil be allowed to start a new run with the same FC.
