Stop- > Normal stop at end of lane/chemistry (Keep RTA as is).
After HCS is restarted for wash bypass, resume other run.

Which reagents must be replenished or replaced for onboard rehyb?
replenish USB
replenish SBS reagents if needed
replace FDR
replace primer being rehybed
Are R2 rehyb reagents and primers for V3 HO provided in rehyb kit?
No, need to use parts of a full kit to perform R2 rehyb on V3.
HSQ 2500 V3 rehyb steps for R2
Click Sequence> “resume run”
Choose PE turnaround, then Rehyb
Select Yes to reset RTA
(If instrument was washed, select Prime- Prime all SBS reagents with a wash FC)
Replace HP11 (R2 primer), HP3 (denat sol) and HT2
Click Start
If rehybing read 1 primer for V3 on cBot- when FC is moved to HSQ, which option? Start, resume, rehyb?
