A

(a) 1. Introductory course is a training course designed for SHR to attend during their first year of office.
2. Transitional course is a training course designed for SHR who have completed an introductory course and update their knowledge.

(b) Give notice to their employer in writing.
(c) Notice must be given not less than 21 days before the course commences.
(d) The Employer must permit the SHR to take off work, with pay to attend the course, not exceeding 5 days.
