The material is a bar chart published in June 2020 by Statista. The survey was conducted from June 16 to June 22. This bar chart sheds light on the important aspect of social media for political issues for different races in the US. Originally the Pew Research Centre published the material.

The graph explains in how far Black, Hispanic, and White people differ with regards to different questions about their social media usage. It is more crucial for Black people to find likeminded people than for White people. To be more precise, more than the majority (60%) of them want to exchange similar points of views whereas only one third of white people think that it is important to them.
