They believe the Torah was inspired by god but written by humans.

They believe that men and women should be able to undertake the same roles.
Do Reform Jews allow female rabbis?
Yes, Reform Jews allow females to undertake roles traditionally reserved for men, such as becoming Rabbis and being members of the minyan.
