What is the definition of reflective psychological practice?
Personal and professional self-awareness and reflection with awareness of competence with appropriate self-care

What is reflection in action?
reflecting during the event, and making adjustments accordintly
What is reflection on actiom?
Reflecting on an event after its occured, to see what you can do differently in future.
What are early maladaptive schemas?
- Unrelenting standards: perfectionism, underestimating performance, rigid rules , preoccupation with efficiency
- Self-sacrifice: excessive focus on meeting the needs of others.
What is the bias blind spot?
To perceive in others but not ourselves, a tendency for bias.
What is the opposite/alternate method for minimising bias?
Ask yourself if there are any alternate skills to use in this interview that could be just as or more effective?
What are the steps for the analytical approach to minimise bias?
1) read transcript of interview
2) Note an example of skill use
3) list positive factors
4) list negative factors
5) list other skills that could have been effectively used
