Diagnosing DM2/Hyperglycaemia

A

if FBG is persistently above 7mmol/L diagnose for DM if HbA1c is uninterpretable

=>6.5%/48mmol/mol, >11mmol/L random, >7mmol/L FBG = hyperglycaemia
