How to correctly take BP
- Palmate for Brachial artery & mark it
- Place cuff above artery (snug)
- Place stethoscope on artery (place thumb on top, to apply a little pressure, fingers on bottom)
- Pump to 160
How to measure RHR
Measure for 1 full minute, start counting with zero
How high to pump up the BP cuff?
- 20 mm > systolic

When measuring height, measure where the top of the head was, not where the bottoms of the measurer is
